These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services operated by Blurpx Inc. By accessing our website or engaging Blurpx for software engineering, mobile development, or cloud solutions, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Scope of Engineering Services
Blurpx provides software development, mobile application engineering, SaaS platform builds, custom software development, and cloud hosting architecture services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and financial terms are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise specified in a custom Master Services Agreement, all pre-existing software frameworks, open-source modules, and proprietary tools developed prior to an engagement remain the property of Blurpx. All custom code created specifically for client deliverables is transferred to the client upon full payment.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blurpx Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of system outages, third-party cloud provider downtime, or unauthorized third-party intrusion beyond reasonable commercial safeguards.
4. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
